Winter Break 2025 (December 22 - January 2)

Join us for Gym O Gym’s exciting Winterlicious Winter Camp, where creativity, cooking, and active fun come together! Campers will dive into hands-on culinary adventures—creating their own cookbook, preparing their own lunch, and bringing home a festive, creative dessert each day. Along the way, they’ll learn simple, age-appropriate nutrition tips from our Certified Kinesiologist, helping them build healthy habits early on. And of course, no Gym O Gym camp is complete without movement—kids will enjoy gymnastics, junior crossfit, and ninja training to stay active and energized throughout the winter break. This camp is the perfect blend of learning, creativity, and fun!

March Break 2026 (March 16-20)

Each day is all about tons of FUN! Our March Break Day Camp delivers a diverse daily schedule of age-specific activities, arts and crafts, physical activity and outdoor fun. This program encourages cooperation, social interactions, increases self-confidence, teaches new skills, and promotes growth and development. The daily theme(s) keep our kids busy and inspired EVERYDAY!

MANDARIN IMMERSION
Our SPORTS and STEM camp provides students an opportunity to exercise their body and their brain, ALL IN ONE CAMP! Our STEM education gives students real world experiences in STEM learning, foster valuable 21-century life skills such as creativity, problem solving, and collaboration. SPORTS activities include volleyball, basketball, body ball, soccer, ninja training, Chinese Wing Chun and Lion dance workshop. The physical activities help our students to build their body strength, endurance, power, teamwork skills and to enhance their immune system through lots of fun games and physical challenges.

Age 4 – 5 years – Junior
Our Junior Camp is designed for kids 4 – 5 years old, allowing your child an early exposure to STEM. Our little aspiring engineers and mathematicians have lots of hands-on learning to explore and create structures such as fly gliders, race propeller and more. The Junior Campers will explore different type of sports such as badminton, soccer, gymnastic, martial art, arts, Kids Yoga and more everyday to encourage calmness and to build their motor skills, hand to eye coordination and body balance. Campers enjoy a variety of FUN, interactive and co-operative activities each week.

Our Junior Camp is designed for kids 6 – 7 years old, allowing your child an early exposure to STEM. Campers enjoy a variety of FUN, interactive and co-operative activities each week.

Age 8 – 12 years – master
This camp will introduce students to the disciplines of engineering, and help them keep pace with today’s burgeoning STEM revolution. Hands-on and task-based learning is the cornerstone of engineering. Understanding the concepts and science theory of each topic and structure built allows our campers to advance to the next level. Master sports components include NINJA training, yoga, gymnastics and various sports.
Our Master Campers will be introduced to various training techniques in a fun and professional way. Learn about the body, safe play skills, and create a physical activity routine for your youngster. The structured activities allow your child to master skills such as initiative, teamwork, emotional regulation and early leadership. kids Yoga assists in developing patience, endurance and helps to calm the mind.

Summer Leadership Camp 2026 (10 - 14 years)
This year Gym O Gym is launching a new camp for our junior teens (10 – 14 years). Our Leadership camp is designed to empower students to succeed and teach valuable skills of collaboration. We help you learn and hone your leadership qualities and skills no matter how old you are. Leadership is for everyone!
Our Leadership program is designed to help our junior teens recognize their strength, and that every person has something positive to offer. Leading by our Kinesiologist, our campers will have the opportunity to explore the content of the Canadian’s highest children programming training. Under supervision, young leaders will be creating lesson plans, preparing work materials, assisting activities, and coordinating an end-of-the-summer event.
