I am a BIG kid!!!
(1.5 – 4 years)

An engaging program of creative exploration, variety of sports, storytelling, role playing, movement, music and crafts. Our classes build confidence and self-esteem, interact with friends strengthen communication skills and foster the imagination – all in a fun & safe environment. The gap in age range is due to the varying degrees of development and confidence each child has.

Tae Kwon Do Tots!!
(2.5 – 5 years)
 

Fee: $125 / 6 weeks. Start date April 6.
This class is specially designed for the very young age to be introduced to the Art of Taekwondo. A 30 minutes class, TKD Tot is scheduled with the shorter attention span of young children in mind. Toddlers will learn different elements of Taekwondo, including foot and hand techniques, self-defence, and traditional Poses while also practicing the positive mental aspects of Taekwondo such as concentration, patience, attention, self-control, and self-discipline. Classes are structured, but lots of fun! Kids can develop all the positive mental attributes of an ancient martial art with Master Teo and have a blast doing it!

Joey

Explore and learn basic skills of variety sports. Enjoy non-competitive sport games or prepare your preschooler for lifetime sport engagement. Creative exercise movements are fun, and interactive. The program is creating to enhance creativity, relaxation, and self-awareness. Interact with peers and instructors. Prepare your preschooler for a successful transition to school.Be a team player. Through activities, learn to communicate, interact, and build relationships with peers. Challenge the little body with upper and lower body strength activities. Learn to follow game instructions.

CROSS-FITNESS Jr.
(4.5 – 12 years)

FEE: $175  / 12 weeks  | START DATE: TUE, APRIL 7TH
Not only physical activities. Learn about the body, safe play skills, and create a physical activity routine for your youngster. The structured activities allow your child to master skills such as initiative, teamwork, emotional regulation and early leadership. Cross-Fitness Junior focuses on mechanics and is based on long-term athletic development.  We are always teaching proper movement patterns, which means no loads are introduced and intensity remains deemphasized until the child performs safe and efficient movement consistently. The introduction of loaded exercises in this program is adhered to The National Strength and Conditioning Association and The American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines. The program teaches the child proper and safe functional movements in progressions that have a stepwise increase in difficulty designed to work over years. The intention is to make children safer in their daily lives, such as when lifting a backpack, training in the sports team or on the field of play when they have to run, cut, jump, etc.

Zumba Kids

Zumba® Kids classes are rockin’, high- energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.  Get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.
