Prenatal Partner yoga
(mom to be + partner)

Prepare together for the arrival of your beautiful baby with this informative and nurturing prenatal partner yoga class.  Partners are introduced to the principles and practices of yoga; breathing, postures, awareness, relaxation and acceptance, and how this can support a natural and normal childbirth.  We will focus on how to effectively support expectant moms physically, mentally and emotionally through the highs and lows of pregnancy and childbirth with sensitivity and skill using yoga and massage techniques. Together partners will learn the benefit of breathing exercises, yoga, and relaxation techniques and how to create the optimum conditions for a natural childbirth. A partners positive presence can reduce the need for interventions and when partners take the time to connect with each other in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere it enhances their bond with each other and the growing baby.

Birthing, bringing new life into the world, should be a naturally joyous occasion. But fear, anxiety and tension are a natural reaction to the thought of and experience of the pain in childbirth. While a partner can’t actually prevent this pain or take it away, their presence in the process of childbirth can make a world of difference helping the expectant mom to be calm and relaxed. Mom may already attending prenatal yoga classes and learning all this great stuff their partner may have little idea of how to support them and empower them to claim their birth space. (Please note that “partner” refers to anyone who will be supporting a birthing woman whether it be a spouse, mom, friend. etc.)

This one evening class creates a wonderful space to consciously connect with your partner and align your intentions as you prepare for natural birthing or whatever form your birth experience takes. It’s also great opportunity to make connections and share the experience with your partner.


Baby Massage & Scrapbook making
(0 months – 10 months)

Perfect Gift for Daddy!!
This 4 week program combines infant massage with scrapbooking. Our program will teach mom the first massage techniques to use with their babies 0 – 10 months. Our facilitator delivers this program with care to soothe and calm your baby, and help them stretch out those kinks and air bubbles! Create baby’s first gift for Daddy. Honour daddy with a handmade scrapbook including those sweet photographs and wonderful (though sleepless) memories. This will be a gift he will never forget.


Mommy and Baby Bootcamp
(8 week – 3 years)

Mommy and Baby Boot Camp is a workout designed to help you re-energize, tone muscle and lose baby inches while considering the needs of a postpartum and/or breastfeeding mother. In weeks you'll have more energy, more flexibility, and feel lean, strong and confident. And you get to have FUN with your baby while doing it! Connect with your body, your baby and other moms!!


Drum A’ Mama
(3 months – 3 years)

Feel and experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussions of this new and unique high-energy rhythmical workout. Drum 'a Mama is a workout for the entire body as well as a powerful tool for stress reduction and mental balance. Come and experience the joy of music, movement, and rhythm and feel like a rock star!
